NEF — repeatedly named Türkiye's "Most Admired and Most Reputable Real Estate Brand" and the only real estate company ranked among Türkiye's 100 Most Valuable Brands — came to Umay Ajans with a clear need: a mobile app that would take its user experience to the top of the digital world.
Our goal was to turn NEF's vision of "thoughtfully designed living spaces" into an innovative, emotionally engaging mobile experience that users carry at their fingertips.

1. UX/UI Strategy
To help users form an emotional bond with the brand from the very first touch, the design language prioritised minimalist lines, soft transitions and clear visual hierarchy. Every detail was carefully planned — from personalised onboarding to search, all the way to interactive modules like "Shake & Win".

Chatbot Integration: an AI-powered chatbot gives users instant support — and through the admin panel, NEF can train the AI exactly the way it wants.
